David B. Paul II, Ph.D., President
David Paul is Precision Biomarker Resources’ President. Dr. Paul has broad experience in biologic therapeutic research and development having worked on a cellular immunotherapeutic for brain tumors as well as antisense and stem cell-based therapeutics for cancer. Dr. Paul received his doctoral degree from the Department of Immunology and Microbiology at Rush University in Chicago and his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana.

Eric G. Bremer, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer
Eric Bremer was an early adopter of Affymetrix GeneChip technology having the first system in the Chicago area while at Children's Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University. As Chief Scientific Officer he continues his interest in the analysis of microarray data and the integration of that data with clinical and literature data sources. Dr. Bremer was educated at Boston University and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center with previous academic appointments at Rush University and Northwestern University.

Jason Monroe, Director of Operations
Jason Monroe is Precision Biomarker’s Director of Operations. Mr. Monroe has a background in microarray core facility management and extensive experience in various cellular and molecular laboratory techniques, institutional regulations, and instrument qualification and maintenance. Mr. Monroe oversees PBR laboratory activities.

David George, M.S., Director of Bioinformatics
David George is Precision Biomarker’s Director of Bioinformatics. Before Mr. George joined Precision Biomarker Resources, he was at Children’s Memorial Research Center (CMRC) where he was instrumental in the development of the Affymetrix and TaqMan Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) core facilities. Mr. George has more than 10 years of experience in generating and analyzing microarray and qPCR data.

Charles Happ, Director
Charles Happ is Precision Biomarker’s Business Director. In addition to his role in Precision Biomarker Resources, Mr. Happ serves as the board chairman of the Technology Innovation Center (TIC) business incubator. Precision Biomarker Resources is Mr. Happ’s fourth start up company, giving him a wealth of broad business experience and insight into successful startups and rapid growth strategies. Previously, Mr. Happ was president of the Evanston-based real estate development company Raymond and Associates from 1979 to 1991, providing him with invaluable experience in finance, construction, development, management and investment.
